Interested in having a mentor?

Do you meet the current requirements?

• You are currently a student in the Sioux Falls School District.
• You are in 3rd-12th grade.

If the answer is yes, then have your parent/guardian help you complete the following form, and someone from TeamMates, or your school, will contact you with more information.

Did you know?

• Mentor/Mentee matches are made based on similar interests and life experiences.
• Before being matched, both mentors and mentees receive training and ongoing support through their mentoring journey.
• Mentor/Mentee matches meet only at school during the school day/year.
• Mentees are eligible for scholarships upon graduation from high school.
