New Mentor Training (5:30pm Session)

Potential mentors are required to attend an initial, three-hour in-person training session before being matched with a student. This interactive training addresses policies, activities, concerns, and responsibilities. When mentors complete training, they leave confident and inspired.

Training sessions take place at:
TeamMates Mentoring Program of Sioux Falls
Instructional Planning Center
201 E 38th Street
Sioux Falls, SD 57105

During this training, mentor photos will be taken for the purpose of issuing TeamMates badges. Please bring a photo ID for verification.

All trainings are in person, from 4:30-7:00 at the Instructional Planning Center, IPC (201 E 38th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105) Individuals need to bring a photo ID and any paperwork they were previously instructed to bring. This initial training is scheduled for 2.5 hours, knowing you will have additional training once you are matched with a student.
